Public demo requests
Privacy notice
This notice explains how EnSign uses information submitted through the public demo-request form. It should be reviewed by EnSign's owner or legal adviser before production launch.
What we collect
We collect the contact and registry information you enter, including your name, work email, organisation, jurisdiction, role, application volume, current system, implementation timeline and optional message.
How we use it
We use this information to assess and respond to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration and understand implementation needs. A copy is stored in EnSign's restricted database and may be delivered to an internal EnSign inbox.
Access and sharing
Demo-request records are not available through the public application or to signed-in customer organisations. EnSign does not present submitted organisations as customers or partners without separate permission.
Registry marks
Registry marks shown on this site identify public directory listings. They do not imply endorsement by, or any relationship with, the registry. The directory carries each registry's own published information — acceptance criteria, Paris MoU standing, contact details — and nothing a registry has not itself made public.
Your choices
You may ask EnSign to correct or delete a demo request by replying to the follow-up message you receive. Do not submit vessel documents, identity documents or other sensitive registration material through this form.
